Villa Facilities
Set in an extremely quiet area the villa offers every comfort including air-conditioning and a large roof terrace to enjoy round the clock sunshine. The living area comprises of a lounge/dining room of generous proportions with English T/V, including Sky Sports, HiFi, remote control air conditioning, a comfortable sofa , reclining armchair and a dining suite to seat 4 people. FREE WiFi is provided which is accessible inside and outside the property. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and Microwave. A full range of utensils are provided including, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a selection of cooking dishes and crockery.
En-Suite Shower Rooms
The villa sleeps 4 people and there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, BOTH WITH EN-SUITE shower rooms and a washing machine in the double's bathroom. The 2 bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with individual thermostatic heating systems. Hair dryers are supplied in both bedrooms.
Outside Living
Outside is equally well catered for with seating at the front of the villa, a patio with a BBQ, table and reclining chairs to the side and a large roof terrace enjoying round the clock sun equipped with sun loungers, reclining chairs and table.
